You can reproduce and distribute Lumberyard materials (but not sublicensing): (i) to other AWS customers, who are your contractual partners, exclusively for the purpose of allowing these AWS customers to carry out work on your behalf, (ii) to other AWS customers in connection with the work you perform as a contractor and (iii) to 5 other AWS customers that you authorize to distribute a Lumberyard project in connection with your sale. or license of this Lumberyard project (z.B. Publisher of a game you are developing). The rights of these other AWS customers on Lumberyard materials are subject to their agreements with us. 1.7. AWS can develop for you, as part of the professional services AWS (e.g.B. documents and software, ”Developed content” (in the form of source code or object), example of code or scripts (”Software”) for you content from (a) documents and diagrams (”documents”) or (b) software (in source code or object) , an example of code or script (”software script”) exists. AWS is not prevented from developing, using or selling similar products or services or related to developed content, subject to no application between you and AWS. All developed content made available to you by AWS under a SOW is permitted under the following conditions: The RDS on VMware Service is a managed AWS service that allows customers to use RDS for a variety of hardware and software configurations provided by the customer. To provide you with managed services outside the AWS network, AWS needs access to the virtual machines you select to be used with RDS in VMware. AWS does not access the virtual machines you select to be used with RDS on VMware, unless necessary for the maintenance and delivery of the service. This access is secure, registered and restricted. You accept AWS` ability to access and manage these virtual machines. RDS on the VMware software that is licensed by AWS is AWS Content. The software that is authorized by VMware is third-party content. Your use of VMware software is subject to VMware`s final terms of use. AWS may share account information, protocols or other service attributes with VMware to provide support and other services you have initiated or to investigate fraud, abuse or breaches of the agreement. You agree to remain registered for AWS support for the duration of your use of the RDS on the VMware service at the Business or Enterprise level (or their successor or higher level).
